The Department of Management Studies adheres to a comprehensive and well-defined framework of academic regulations to uphold academic rigor, transparency, and consistency in the delivery of the MBA programme. These regulations are formulated in accordance with the norms and guidelines prescribed by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the affiliating university, and the autonomous academic policies of the institution. At present, the R22 and R25 Regulations, which provide systematic guidelines for curriculum structure, credit allocation, course requirements, assessment and evaluation procedures, grading mechanisms, attendance norms, and criteria for academic progression and completion, govern the programme. The regulatory framework is aligned with the principles of Outcome-Based Education (OBE), ensuring clearly defined programme outcomes, course outcomes, and performance indicators that facilitate measurable learning and continuous quality enhancement. The regulations are periodically reviewed and updated to incorporate academic reforms, advancements in management education, emerging technologies, and evolving industry expectations. This structured and student-centric system ensures fairness, accountability, and academic excellence, thereby preparing graduates to meet professional standards and organizational demands effectively.
