The Department of Management Studies at Vardhaman College of Engineering regularly organizes a wide spectrum of academic and co-curricular events to foster experiential learning, professional competence, and holistic development among MBA students. The flagship National Level Management Fest, Samardh–2025, served as a vibrant platform for nurturing managerial agility, leadership, and innovation through competitions, business simulations, and interactive engagements. The fest brought together students, academicians, and industry experts, creating an ecosystem that bridges classroom knowledge with real-world business challenges. In addition, the department hosts industrial visits to leading organizations, enabling students to gain first-hand exposure to production systems, supply chain operations, HR practices, and corporate culture.

To strengthen academic excellence and industry readiness, the department conducts Faculty Development Programmes, international conferences, expert guest lectures, workshops, and structured orientation programmes throughout the academic year. These initiatives cover emerging domains such as HR and marketing analytics, digital transformation, financial econometrics, communication skills, investment awareness, and entrepreneurship. All India Management Association (AIMA)

As an institutional member of the All India Management Association (AIMA), the Department of Management Studies aligns its academic and professional practices with nationally recognized standards in management education and industry engagement. Hyderabad Management Association (HMA) – Student Chapter

Salesforce Academia – Centre of Excellence (Visual Intelligence Centre | Tableau Spectra)

The Salesforce Academia Centre of Excellence provides specialized training in business analytics, data visualization, and customer relationship management tools. Through hands-on learning in platforms such as Tableau and related analytics technologies, students develop data-driven decision-making skills and gain industry-relevant competencies aligned with modern digital business requirements.
